Cancellation/No show policy

At 3 Bowls Of Color Salon, we continuously strive to enhance our services and streamline our appointment process to better serve our valued clients. To ensure a more seamless experience and uphold our scheduling commitments, we are implementing a new policy regarding appointments.
A credit card will be required upon booking and kept on file. 
We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
In the case that 48 hours notice is not given for a cancellation or rescheduling, your credit card may be charged 50% of your scheduled service.
NO CALL/NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the service scheduled.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to be flexible. Please be assured that your card information will be stored securely and handled with the utmost confidentiality in accordance with the industry standards. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your appointment.
